We are currently seeking an Operations Service Administrator to join our team in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Previous experience in inventory control, purchasing, operations support, manufacturing administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
  • Ability to work cross functionally across departments and within a team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP or inventory management systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support purchasing and procurement activities for operational materials, chemicals, pulp, and supplies
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate purchasing related administrative activities
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records to support uninterrupted production operations
  • Track receiving, issuing, and consumption of pulp, broke, chemicals, and operational materials
  • Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts, reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and reporting
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, purchasing, and accounting teams regarding inventory and purchasing matters
  • Support supplier communication related to deliveries, inventory requirements, and material availability
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, inventory control practices, and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and operational records related to purchasing and inventory activities
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy
  • Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
