Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or forecasting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, modeling).
Ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate across all levels.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Willing to take a drug test.
Submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process, as well as additional periodic background checks as required by the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) or regulations adopted by the Department of Homeland Security or other regulatory agencies.
Have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
If currently an employee of the Company, must have satisfactory work performance.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP or similar systems preferred.
Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with site leaders and cross-functional teams to drive business performance.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
Analyze financial results and translate data into actionable insights.
Support cost control, productivity initiatives, and capital projects.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and audit requirements.
Play an active role in plant strategy and operational decision-making.
