About The Position

Ataccama is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A for their Boston hub. This role is a high-visibility position that acts as the primary financial bridge for the Sales & Marketing organizations. Reporting to the VP of FP&A and interfacing directly with the CFO, the analyst will craft the narrative for Board reporting and lead Revenue and Cash Flow forecasting. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence global business strategy through data-driven insights and scale analytical capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or a related financial discipline.
  • Deep understanding of core SaaS metrics—including ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, and LTV —and how these drivers impact business performance.
  • Power user of Excel (Google Sheets/Slides expertise is a plus) with the ability to build sophisticated, scalable financial models.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail combined with the strategic perspective to pivot between granular data and the broader business context.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field that emphasizes quantitative analysis.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Familiarity with modern BI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales & Marketing leadership and Revenue Operations to implement and track KPIs that identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Support the VP of FP&A and the CFO in preparing quarterly Board and executive-level materials, providing critical analysis and commentary.
  • Own the Revenue and Cash Flow forecasting process, leveraging sophisticated financial models.
  • Orchestrate annual and quarterly planning and budgeting processes, working cross-functionally.
  • Collaborate with RevOps to analyze SaaS-specific drivers, including ARR, NRR, Churn, CAC, and LTV.
  • Deliver comprehensive monthly management reporting that provides actionable insights and commentary.
  • Ensure data accuracy across financial systems and lead the optimization of the tech stack, including NetSuite, Salesforce, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
