About The Position

This position is for SO Fun City, the high-energy sister company of Behavioral Milestones. SO Fun City is an impact company with a mission to make a difference for every child through its flagship SO Fun Game Show, a high-tech, interactive experience that teaches kindness, togetherness, and inclusion to schools and camps. The company is seeking a Growth Hungry Pro to help scale the business from a successful boutique operation into a multi-territory powerhouse. This role is 100% focused on the growth and operations of SO Fun City.

Requirements

  • High-motor operator who thrives on hustle and gets things done.
  • Proven track record of selling, building relationships, and hitting targets.
  • Experience helping a small business grow and understanding the infrastructure needed for scaling.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace/CRMs and event-day technology.
  • Mission-driven with a genuine care for making an impact for kids and building communities of kindness.
  • Ability to manage daily logistics and hunt for new business.
  • Ability to ensure flagship events run smoothly.
  • Ability to lead-generate expansion into new territories.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, pitch, and close new business, opening new doors and territories.
  • Oversee the logistics, scheduling, and tech-heavy requirements for the SO Fun Game Show.
  • Refine CRM and operations to ensure smooth and professional scaling.
  • Serve as the primary contact for high-level corporate partners and school leads.
  • Problem-solve on the fly to support field staff and maintain momentum.
