This role is responsible for overseeing fiscal reviews, hiring, and personnel tracking for CWLP, managing HRM entries, supervisor notifications, and participating in interviews, hearings, and union meetings. The position handles HR administrative tasks, serves as the Utility’s HR subject matter expert, and acts as a liaison with the Office of Human Resources. The Operations Resources Manager will produce technical and confidential correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets for managers, and process personnel actions including discipline, pay changes, hiring, and promotions. This role provides guidance on HR policies and actions, ensuring compliance with Utility and Office of Human Resources rules and procedures, and guides and trains managers on HR actions.
