This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations. HII designs, develops, integrates and manages the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated ISR operations and accelerated decision-making. With data fusion and mission management capabilities for the Department of Defense, the combatant commands and the intelligence community, HII advances the mission around the globe. HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Operations Research Analyst who integrates directly with Combatant Commands (CCMDs), SOUTHCOM, and interagency partners to drive, refine, and support emerging and time‑sensitive intelligence requirements. The role applies expertise in operations, intelligence analysis, data‑driven methodologies, and collection strategy to improve mission outcomes across counterdrug, counter‑TCO, and counterterrorism efforts. The analyst provides technical guidance, develops site‑specific continuity procedures, and synchronizes intelligence requirements between the customer and the GOST analytical support cell. This position fuses multi‑discipline intelligence sources, identifies and evaluates data streams, and applies advanced research and analytical methods to assess threat networks and operational patterns. Leveraging commercial, open‑source, HUMINT, SIGINT, law enforcement, and geospatial data, the analyst produces comprehensive network analysis, tailored data‑visualization products, and actionable intelligence reporting. All products undergo rigorous QA/QC to ensure clarity, accuracy, and analytic rigor. This requisition supports hiring at multiple experience levels.
