About The Position

This full-time position is for an Operations Research Analyst SME located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role requires an active Secret clearance with eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI. The responsibilities include managing a single system acquisition program/project or major functional area, which involves establishing objectives and requirements, developing budgets, creating program/project standards and schedules, monitoring outside resources, coordinating and supervising assigned staff, reviewing all related documentation, and conducting program reviews and meetings.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required, with eligibility to upgrade to TS / SCI
• Able to work independently under general guidelines or objectives
• Possess advanced technical and managerial skills; fully knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of a program or functional area
• Fully knowledgeable of all aspects of the program or programs under management

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
