General Program Overview: This program supports a U.S. Naval Aviation organization by delivering advanced data analytics, modeling, and decision-support capabilities that improve aircraft readiness, maintenance planning, and sustainment outcomes. The team works with complex, multi-source data to identify trends, forecast workload and cost drivers, and develop actionable insights that help leaders make better-informed operational and resource decisions. Work on this program spans data engineering, predictive analytics, logistics and sustainment analysis, and the development of dashboards and analytical tools used to improve mission readiness, reduce delays, and optimize long-term lifecycle costs across aviation platforms. ------ Operations Research Analyst - Journeyman Role Overview The Operations Research Analyst (Journeyman) supports data-driven decision-making by developing analytical models, conducting quantitative analysis, and translating complex datasets into actionable insights.
