About The Position

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Operations Representative for their Private Client Services – National team in Las Vegas. This role is based in the Las Vegas office and is a hybrid position. The Operations Representative will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all client paperwork, including new policies, renewals, endorsements, rewrites, and cancellations. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and advancement by developing skills in prioritizing work, processing activities within the Agency Management System, data entry, research, issue escalation, and ensuring adherence to workflows and accuracy goals. The role also requires ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • 1-2+ years of professional work experience, office experience with computer-based work preferred
  • Proficiency use of MS Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal customers
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize daily work allocation based on document time sensitivity and determine appropriate actions.
  • Process activities within the Agency Management System, which may include data entry, verifying information against existing data, and cross-checking with carrier systems.
  • Perform research within the Agency Management System to obtain necessary information when activity details are vague or incomplete, and notify the servicing agent of findings.
  • Escalate emerging issues to the Lead Operations Representative or Operations Manager.
  • Follow up on all personal open activities within the Agency Management System to ensure completion.
  • Maintain up-to-date workflow documentation and ensure adherence to workflows during paperwork processing.
  • Meet or exceed individual daily processing requirements and monthly accuracy goals.
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met and comply with all internal policies and procedures.
