About The Position

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Operations Representative for their Private Client Services team in Las Vegas. This hybrid role involves the accurate and timely processing of client paperwork, including new policies, renewals, endorsements, rewrites, and cancellations. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company. Responsibilities include prioritizing daily work, processing activities in the Agency Management System, data entry, verifying information against system data and carrier systems, researching vague or incomplete information, escalating issues, following up on open activities, maintaining workflow documentation, and meeting processing and accuracy goals. The role also ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • 1-2+ years of professional work experience, office experience with computer-based work preferred
  • Proficiency use of MS Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal customers
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy

  • Previous insurance industry knowledge and expertise
  • EPIC Agency Management system experience
  • Previous experience interacting with clients

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize daily work based on the time sensitivity of documents.
  • Process appropriate activities within the Agency Management System, which may include data entry, verifying information against existing data, and cross-checking with carrier systems.
  • Perform research within the Agency Management System to obtain necessary information when it is vague or incomplete, and notify the servicing agent of findings.
  • Escalate emerging issues to the Lead Operations Representative or Operations Manager.
  • Follow up on all personal open activities within the Agency Management System to ensure completion.
  • Maintain up-to-date workflow documentation and ensure adherence to workflows when processing individual paperwork.
  • Meet or exceed individual daily processing requirements and monthly accuracy goals.
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met and comply with all internal policies and procedures.
