This role leads and supports inventory management and merchandising standards and maintenance. The goal is to provide a well-merchandised and in-stock store for the customer to shop, while also assisting customers and delivering friendly service. The position involves managing various operational aspects of the store, including truck processes, planograms, AD sets, shrink and safety programs, and serving as Manager on Duty. It also includes maintaining visual merchandising standards, assisting with team member development, and supporting omni-channel processes. The role requires cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
