Position Summary Alignment Healthcare is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in leading cross-functional initiatives. The Project Manager is responsible for managing complex projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and member needs. This is a remote role within the U.S.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working in Project Management
  • Must be able to work remotely, with availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time
  • Bachelor's degree or four years of additional experience in lieu of education.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented and solutions-oriented
  • Proven follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of project management software (Jira, Asana, Monday, etc.) and how to use such software to drive projects to completion
  • Demonstrates a strong willingness/openness to change and actively makes improvements towards efficiency
  • Possesses the ability to scope and identify potential issues and escalate accordingly and proactively

Responsibilities

  • Plans and executes projects for multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Defines scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and business units.
  • Develops detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Monitors project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; identifies and mitigates risks and issues.
  • Ensures all project documentation is maintained and complies with internal and regulatory governance standards.
  • Leads change management activities, including impact assessments, training, and communications.
  • Evaluates completed projects to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
