The facilities Operations Project Manager (OPM) is a hands-on, results-oriented leader responsible for driving the successful execution of critical agency infrastructure projects. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will serve as the primary leader for the organization’s upcoming administrative office relocation and the ongoing modernization of our childcare facilities and playgrounds across San Francisco. This role requires a unique blend of logistical precision, vendor management expertise, and collaborative diplomacy. You will ensure that our physical environments are safe, compliant, and optimized to support our mission of serving children and families, all while keeping projects on time and within budget.
