About The Position

The Operations - Project Manager Internship is an outstanding program where you’ll get to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on-experience in the Life Co organization. This role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of business initiatives that drive strategic and operational outcomes across Life Company. Working alongside experienced project managers and cross-functional teams, this role contributes to project planning, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, risk identification, and execution activities that help teams achieve business objectives. Through meaningful project assignments, you will understand how strategy is translated into execution while developing foundational skills in project management, business operations, problem solving, and collaboration. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to real business outcomes while building the capabilities needed for future project management career opportunities.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university, and plan to graduate after the final day of the internship.
  • Graduation date between August 2027 and June 2028
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Ops Research, Data & Analytics, IT, Computer Science.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn information and data into actionable insights.

  • Coursework or experience in project management, business analytics, operations, organizational leadership, Agile methodologies, or related disciplines.
  • Pursuing a master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Project Management, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Learn how strategy is translated into executable roadmaps, projects, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to support the delivery of strategic initiatives that drive meaningful business results.
  • Support project planning by coordinating timelines, tracking milestones, and helping teams stay aligned on priorities and deliverables.
  • Analyze project data, metrics, and progress updates to identify trends and provide insights that support decision-making.
  • Build skills in stakeholder management, project communications, problem solving, and organizational collaboration while working alongside experienced project professionals.
