About The Position

The Operations Projects Manager serves as a strategic right hand to executive and administrative leadership (e.g., CMO, COO, SVP), combining high-level executive support with project management and operational leadership. This role is responsible for driving execution of key initiatives, managing cross-functional priorities, and ensuring alignment across the organization. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in post-acute care, SNF, or value-based care. This role operates as a force multiplier—translating strategy into action, improving organizational efficiency, and enabling leadership to focus on growth, clinical excellence, and market expansion. This is a full-time role operating during standard business hours Monday - Friday (from your home office remotely). This is not a flexible schedule opportunity. Traveling up to 25% for company meetings is required. The candidate must reside in the U.S. - Eastern time zone (FL preferred). Annual salary starting at $90,000 and commensurate with experience (see requirements below). We offer robust benefits package including 15 days of vacation, 7 paid holidays, and 5 sick days annually. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in post-acute care, SNF, or value-based care.
  • Experience in high-growth, multi-site healthcare organizations.
  • Strong project and program management expertise, proficiency in utilizing various task and project management tools/software (such as smart sheet or Microsoft project/planner & etc).
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Dimensional Insights, Tableau, or other data warehouse dashboards).
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with proficiency in using relevant tools.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, understanding of remote workplace.
  • Ability to influence without authority and operate at all levels of the organization.
  • Work must be performed in a private and secure setting requiring reliable internet and phone connectivity.
  • Ability to communicate via virtual/online meetings daily with a camera on, as well as being responsive in a timely manner during work hours via email, MS Teams and phone.
  • Ability to travel for company training and meetings, for up to 25%.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor and operational partner to executive leadership
  • Help prioritize, sequence, and execute strategic initiatives across the organization
  • Serve as an extension of the executive in meetings, communications, and follow-ups
  • Anticipate needs, identify gaps, and proactively drive solutions
  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects from concept through execution
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and success metrics
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure accountability across stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment across clinical, operational, and administrative teams
  • Coordinate initiatives across hospital, SNF, and community-based care settings
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
  • Support execution of organizational priorities across multiple markets
  • Own executive meeting cadence (leadership meetings, operating reviews, project check-ins)
  • Develop agendas, materials, and executive-level presentations
  • Facilitate meetings, drive decisions, and track action items to completion
  • Ensure clear communication and follow-through across teams
  • Analyze operational, financial, and clinical performance data
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to track key metrics (growth, utilization, quality)
  • Translate data into actionable insights and executive recommendations
  • Manage complex calendars, priorities, and scheduling with a strategic lens
  • Coordinate communications, and high-level stakeholder interactions
  • Support preparation for board meetings, investor updates, and key presentations
  • Partnering with: Clinical leadership (CMO, Medical Directors, APP leaders), Operations and regional market leaders, Revenue cycle, IT, and analytics teams
  • Act as a connector to break down silos and drive alignment
