Northrop Grumman is seeking a Project Manager for an internship opportunity. This position will be located at our Defense Systems Sector in Roy, UT. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Strategic Deterrent Systems Division.

Requirements

Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2027.
Be majoring in or having majored in a Business Management, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics or Business Technology Management
Be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Nice To Haves

Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher

Responsibilities

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
