About The Position

The Operations Program Manager (OPM) is the operational leader responsible for manufacturing readiness and operational performance across assigned programs and value streams. Working within the RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) framework, the OPM is the primary Operations focal point for predictable quality, cost, and schedule commitments. The role works through cross-functional teams and manufacturing leadership to identify risks, align priorities, and drive execution, without handling daily production coordination or directly supervising manufacturing cells. The OPM safeguards quality, schedule, cost, and productivity outcomes and creates production build plans in line with customer requirements, production cell capacity, manufacturing procedures, and acceptance test plans. The position leads cross-functional resolution of material, capacity, and logistics issues, collaborating with supply chain, SIOP, quality, engineering, production coordination, and finance teams. It is performed onsite at Collins Aerospace in Durham, New Hampshire, with occasional travel of one trip per quarter.
