About The Position

Requirements

2-5 years’ hands-on experience in manufacturing or production operations, preferably within a complex, regulated environment.
Track record of translating demand, forecasts, or schedules into detailed production/execution plans and managing them through completion.
Demonstrated cross-functional leadership, coordinating with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management.
Proven ability to identify production risks or schedule delays and develop effective recovery or mitigation strategies.
Deep understanding of manufacturing constraints such as materials, capacity, quality, schedule, and delivery.
US Citizen status required.

Nice To Haves

Aerospace or defense manufacturing background; Collins/RTX or other major aerospace OEM/supplier experience.
Familiarity with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), NPI, capacity planning, forecasting, and ERP/MRP systems.
Experience presenting operational status to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary Operations representative on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), ensuring seamless communication between cross-functional groups.
Translate customer demand and program requirements into actionable, integrated production plans.
Coordinate Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Planning to meet production milestones and customer commitments.
Monitor key operational metrics, proactively identify risks in schedule, capacity, materials, or quality, and implement effective solutions.
Lead recovery planning and corrective actions to resolve production or delivery challenges.
Provide critical input for capacity planning, forecasting, and program reviews.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and transition-to-production activities.
Deliver clear operational status reports, risk assessments, and recovery plans to program leadership.
Ensure a balance of cost, quality, schedule, and on-time delivery in daily operations.
