About The Position

This role is for a "hands on" operator who has experience building workflows and products that drive operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a technical environment, bridging the gap between BizOps and Product. Decisions should be data-driven, with a strong bias for rapid action and iteration. The role involves building and shipping code, workflows, automations, and products in a production environment under pressure. The core motivation is the craft of building functional, user-adopted solutions that significantly impact the business. The individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities for technical leverage across the entire business, from acquisition to property management, and using modern tools to improve reliability, resilience, and efficiency. Specific problem areas include optimizing maintenance workforce utilization, automating expense reconciliation, detecting vendor payment anomalies, and predicting resident renewal likelihood.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (extra credit for hard sciences or Philosophy).
5+ years of experience in Biz Ops or Product Management.
Experience shipping products or ops under pressure.
Facility with data, dashboarding, and SQL.
Experience in a startup, operator, or BizOps environment.
Exposure to no-code/low-code tooling (Zapier, Pipefy, n8n, etc.).
AI-first instincts, reaching for LLMs, code-gen, and automation.
Entrepreneurial experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience in real estate (domain knowledge is learnable, builder instincts are not).

Responsibilities

Design and build systems, internal tools, and operational software that directly run the business.
Leverage AI tooling, LLMs, and automation frameworks to accelerate development and build smarter systems.
Embed in business units to understand operational processes before building solutions.
Translate operational realities into scalable architecture.
Own the outcome of built solutions, tracking their effectiveness.
Drive product thinking by scoping and prioritizing the roadmap based on business impact.
Make pragmatic tradeoffs between shipping speed and building durability.
Incorporate data and user feedback into decision-making and measure key metrics.
