About The Position

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace. This role involves building and orchestrating automation workflows using n8n, LLMs, and agentic frameworks. You will utilize ML flow to automate the training of ML models for forecasting and intelligent decision support, integrate AI tools into business processes and data platforms, and develop intelligent agents capable of autonomous task execution and reasoning. Additionally, you will implement AI-powered chatbots and assistants, leverage Streamlit to build interactive AI dashboards and applications, and use OpenWebUI to create user-friendly interfaces for LLM-based tools and workflows. The role also includes parsing and extracting structured data from documents using LlamaParse and similar tools, implementing semantic search and retrieval systems using vector databases like Pinecone, and utilizing OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude and others for LLM-based tasks. Ensuring AI systems meet compliance, security, and ethical standards is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with AI-powered automation workflows using n8n and LLMs.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying ML models and intelligent agents.
• Experience with OpenWebUI interfaces for LLM-powered tools.
• Proficiency in OpenAI, Anthropic, and vector databases.
• Strong Python skills and understanding of ML/AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of Streamlit-based AI dashboards and applications.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Minimum of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required for all roles at Scout Motors, Inc.
