Responsibilities

Identifies bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement through process mapping and data analysis.
Uses statistical methods and data analysis to evaluate problems and forecast outcomes.
Identifies operational problems and collaborates with stakeholders to understand the root causes.
Develops and implements solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
Recommends changes to business processes to improve operational efficiencies, quality, service, and profitability.
Assists with the implementation of new processes or systems, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Monitors the effectiveness of implemented changes and makes necessary adjustments.
Creates process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.
Communicates findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
Provides training and support to team members on new processes and best practices.
