About The Position

We are currently seeking a Operations Planner to support operations in MacDill AFB, FL. This position is contingent on contract award. This is a full-time, CONUS position requiring an active DoD TS/SCI Level clearance. As a Operations Planner, you will support U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) at MacDill AFB, Florida. This position works alongside military and government personnel to support operational and strategic requirements, joint planning efforts, and mission objectives across the CENTCOM area of responsibility. You will provide subject matter expertise, contribute to planning and coordination efforts, and support senior leaders in executing USCENTCOM priorities.

Requirements

• JAWS, SAMS, SAASS, SAW, MAWS, or SSC graduate
• 3+ yrs planning experience with JP 5-0 knowledge
• Experience at CCMD HQ (military or civilian)
• Proficiency in joint, interagency, multinational activities
• Experience in kinetic/non-kinetic analysis
• TS/SCI clearance is required

Responsibilities

• Conduct all aspects of JOPP
• Conduct Plans and Order Development
• Provide analyses and recommendations for high-priority USCENTCOM planning efforts
• Support JPTs and working groups; coordinate between Directorates and coalition/regional partners
• Learn and utilize program of record systems (C2IE, MAVEN)
• Provide technical recommendations regarding JOPP, JOPES, Exercise Planning, Joint Doctrine
• Provide FOIA/MDR coordination support
