About The Position

The Custodial Operations Personnel plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of ln2Great! Pediatric Therapy. Their primary responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, organization, and tidiness throughout the clinic. This involves keeping all areas stocked with necessary supplies, ensuring equipment is in good working condition, and maintaining overall cleanliness. In addition to facility management tasks, the Operations Personnel will support clinicians by being readily available to assist them when needed. This position will help to streamline operations by implementing and maintaining orderly processes, ensuring that operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role is essential for creating a welcoming and functional environment for staff, clients and families, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Upkeep of each room to ensure it is organized and tidy, returning toys to the appropriate place.
  • Vacuuming rooms as needed.
  • Organization of toys and games.
  • Checking for any safety hazards.
  • Returning any items to the appropriate storage location that do not belong in any given room.
  • Utilizing the Word document labeled "checklist by room" to ensure everything is stocked.
  • Keeping the clinic waiting room area tidy and organized throughout every day.
  • Cleaning the waiting room as needed, including vacuuming, cleaning windows, and wiping down surfaces.
  • Referring to the "daily tasks list" on the Admin/purchase desk.
  • Sanitizing clinic play structures on Mondays and Wednesdays.
  • Ensuring all games in the Games Closet are picked up and returned to the proper location.
  • Checking the cleanliness and completeness of games (cleaning and sanitizing, ensuring all pieces are accounted for).
  • Filling all supplies, including in the art room and cafeteria/lounge.
  • Bringing all packages received and delivering them to the appropriate person.
  • Checking the clinic every morning by performing a full clinic walk-through prior to leaving for the night to ensure that everything is in place for the working day.
  • Checking sanitation stations daily to ensure they are appropriately stocked.
  • Performing duties as assigned by the Chief Operations Officer.
