About The Position

Positioned at the intersection of data, technology, and business operations, the Operations Performance Management Specialist supports the development and delivery of operational performance reporting to enable informed decision-making. The Specialist independently analyzes data, develops reporting solutions, and translates business requirements into accurate, actionable insights while adhering to established data governance standards. The role advances standardized, scalable, and automated reporting by identifying improvement opportunities and leveraging data, tools, and system capabilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience with a broad range of exposure to system analysis, application development, database design and administration; or 7 years of experience with a broad range of exposure to systems analysis, application development, and administration.
Experience with and understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance concepts and processes, such as policies, audits, and control metrics.
Experience with a GRC solution.
Experience tracking and organizing information and using desktop tools to track and manage information.
Experience leading work efforts and performing simple project management.
Experience preparing and reporting status.
Knowledge of corporate operations, including business partner operations, compliance support, code of conduct, and corporate policies and procedures.
Knowledge of organizational structure and responsibilities, regulatory policies and procedures, and other subsidiary operations.
Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Time-management and project-management skills.
Ability to collaborate with individuals across business and IT and at all organizational levels.
Sensitivity, listening and receptivity skills; ability to lead and motivate others; and openness to new ideas and approaches proposed by auditees and project leaders.
Ability to work independently, with guidance needed only in the most complex situations.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Operations Management.
Demonstrated progression in applying analytical, technical, and business domain knowledge to solve moderately complex problems with limited oversight.
Strong proficiency in programming and query languages such as SQL, Python, or R, including the ability to independently develop, optimize, and troubleshoot queries.
Ability to create dynamic, engaging dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI.
Experience using automation tools such as Alteryx or UiPath for data preparation, workflow execution, and process improvements.
Solid project-management skills, including managing multiple priorities, tracking deliverables, and resolving issues in moderately complex initiatives.
