About The Position

This role focuses on process optimization, performance insights, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the sustainability, reliability, and future readiness of power generation and water infrastructure across North America. As the Operations & Performance Excellence Lead, you will partner closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to support data‑driven operational, financial, and technology decisions.

Requirements

  • BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ related experience
  • Experience supporting operational, analytical, or continuous improvement initiatives in a professional environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations
  • Comfort working cross‑functionally and contributing to programs that improve processes and customer outcomes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • PMP certification
  • High attention to detail paired with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A proactive, self‑directed approach with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Experience supporting business analytics, KPI development, or dashboard reporting

Responsibilities

  • Support strategic initiatives focused on business process optimization, integration, and innovation
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop clear, actionable reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the development, tracking, and continuous improvement of key performance indicators aligned to strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with partners across operations, finance, engineering, and technology to gather information and drive alignment
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by applying structured problem‑solving and performance excellence practices
