About us Advanced Medical Solutions is a leading provider of emergency medical transportation and healthcare services, specializing in air and ground ambulance operations across remote and industrial regions. About the Role This is a full-time, in-person role (37.5 hours/week) based at our Yellowknife headquarters near the airport. We’re also open to flexibility in scheduling for the right candidate. If you’re looking for something slightly reduced or structured differently, we’re happy to have that conversation — there is plenty of meaningful work to shape this role. What You’ll Be Doing This role blends office administration, operations support, and hands-on coordination. No two days will look the same. You’ll be responsible for:

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • A valid driver’s license (required)
  • A willingness to jump in and help wherever needed

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, data entry, reports, organizing records)
  • Keeping the office clean, organized, stocked, and ready for staff and visitors
  • Greeting visitors and supporting meetings and in-office coordination
  • Coordinating safety meetings and maintaining safety documentation
  • Collecting and tracking inspections across AMS locations
  • Supporting mask fit testing (training provided)
  • Assisting with onboarding logistics, uniforms, and orientation support
  • Helping coordinate equipment, supplies, and operational readiness
  • Supporting day-to-day operational needs as they arise
  • Coordinating vehicle maintenance and supporting fleet logistics
  • Running errands, including airport pickups, supply runs, and general support
  • Supporting crew housing (stocking, checks, and coordination)
  • Assisting with light facility upkeep, including snow and ice management in winter (training provided)
