About The Position

This DSV Development Program is designed to develop the next generation of logistics professionals and future leaders. Participants gain real business experience while building a deep understanding of global supply chains. The program combines hands-on operational experience, exposure to different areas of logistics, mentorship from experienced leaders, and structured professional development. DSV is a global transport and logistics provider, supporting supply chains by air, sea, and road across more than 90 countries. Our purpose is simple: Keeping supply chains flowing. DSV provides end-to-end logistics services that connect global trade in areas such as Air & Sea Freight, Road Transport, and Contract Logistics. Participants in the program have the opportunity to earn the FIATA Diploma in Freight Forwarding, a globally recognized logistics certification, and pursue additional professional credentials through the NCBFAA. They can also participate in FIATA's Young Logistics Professionals (YLP) competition. The program offers career growth and mobility opportunities within a global company. DSV works with universities and academic programs to introduce fresh graduates to careers in global logistics.
