Operations & Member Experience Manager HRCCU is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Operations & Member Experience Center team. The Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the credit unions contact center and operations. This role manages daily operations, coaches and develops team members monitor performance metrics, and partners with leadership to continuously improve the member experience.
