About The Position

This position is responsible for making lasting connections with customers, providing employee supervision and work direction, problem-solving store issues, assisting with merchandising and receiving products, maintaining a safe store, and working with the team to ensure an awesome store environment. The role involves managing gross profit, inventory, and labor, as well as coaching and developing direct reports.

Requirements

• Experience working in a supervisory management position (2-3 years preferred)
• Knows about planning, coordinating, and managing a store’s daily functions
• Proven success managing gross profit, inventory and labor management
• Committed to coaching, developing, and delivering timely feedback to direct reports
• Physical lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Pushing/pulling to 2000 force pounds
• Equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine)
• Reaching, standing, turning
• Mental judgment/decision making
• Social skills/verbal interaction
• Memorization, reading, writing, math
• Physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs. (occasional)
• Equipment operation (calculator) (occasional)
• Squatting, stooping/bending, walking (occasional)
