Our small agency needs a conductor, someone who makes sure the business runs smoothly every day—by organizing people, improving processes, driving consistent results, and helping to build our book of business. Fireside Design Group is a creative marketing and design company specializing in branding, web, and print design. Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of operations or project management experience (creative agency, marketing, or professional services preferred)
  • 2-4 years of leadership experience
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost management required
  • Experienced with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Trello, ClickUp), CRM systems, and basic financial reporting

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, improving workflows and keeping projects on track, on time, and profitable.
  • Coordinate with owners and project managers to support project management, balance workloads, align resources, and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Monitor project status and performance metrics, reporting on capacity, progress, and overall operations.
  • Develop & improve processes, SOPs, and internal systems to support efficiency and growth.
  • Train & support the team on workflows, tools, and process improvements.
  • Support client experience and relationships by ensuring smooth communication and project handoffs.
  • Work with ownership on budgeting, invoicing, payroll coordination, and overall administrative operations.
