About The Position

This role will serve as a central point of contact, ensuring tasks are completed, follow-ups are executed, and processes run efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative or office management experience, advanced organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clear and consistent communication.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for internal operations and communication.
  • Follow up consistently with agents to ensure tasks, listings, and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Manage and track incoming and outgoing project items, including media and listing-related materials.
  • Review and coordinate video and marketing content submissions for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with social media coordination and content tracking.
  • Maintain organized systems for tracking projects, communications, and deadlines.
  • Utilize Excel and Google Docs to manage data, reporting, and operational tracking.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members and external partners.
  • Support leadership with administrative coordination and process management.
  • Identify inefficiencies and assist in improving operational workflows.
