About The Position
NurseCore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our front office operations at our Santa Barbara location. The selected candidate will provide leadership, organizational expertise, and operational support to help manage and grow the branch.

Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support the client service staff.
- Assist with contracts and contract negotiations.
- Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure appropriate staffing and coverage for all clients.
- Organize and manage recruitment events and hiring initiatives.
- Support customer service and client satisfaction activities.
- Monitor and manage daily operational reporting.
