This role is scoped for someone who wants to grow. As T. White Parker scales, this position is the foundation for a future VP of Operations. What sets this role apart: we expect you to actively use AI tools and process automation to work smarter. You will not be given a rigid playbook; you will build one. If you see a manual process that could be automated, fix it. If there is a tool that eliminates five hours of weekly effort, find it and implement it.
