Block by Block is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee one of our Ambassador programs in the Denver area. This role requires advanced client relationship management skills to manage daily district program operations and deliver continual program improvements. We're looking for someone with strong managerial skills, a great work ethic, experience supervising a team of employees, and a passion for creating a great experience. Requirements

5-7 years of experience in facilities operations management, hospitality/tourism management, event management, or public spaces administration.
Strong managerial skills.
Great work ethic.
Experience supervising a team of employees.
High School Diploma Required.
Minimum of 5 years Management Experience.
Expert Customer Service Skills -- Must lead by example with their friendliness and with a positive attitude.
Expert Judgement -- must be comfortable and competent in order to make decisions based on information available.
Excellent Communication Skills
Expert in level technology and computer skills Must have a strong background with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.

Nice To Haves

College or Extended Education preferred.

Responsibilities

Hiring and training a positive, skilled, and dependable team.
Adjusting the deployment of resources to match changing needs.
Identifying and solving problems to improve program quality.
Procuring and managing inventory of supplies and equipment.
Reporting outcomes through various channels (spreadsheets, Timekeeping, Budgets).
Hands-on working management in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training.
