The Basic Life Support Services, US Embassy Caracas program is a comprehensive initiative aimed at supporting the US Department of State’s operations in Venezuela. In addition to providing ongoing base operations and life support services, under this contract KBR will provide facility maintenance, procurement, critical supply functions, along with food service, base camp operations, renovations, and construction. The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and performance of all operations at the US Embassy Caracas. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of services in support of mission requirements. The Operations Manager provides strategic leadership across multiple functional areas, including operations, maintenance, safety, logistics, and administrative support, while serving as the primary point of contact with key stakeholders. This position requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to manage complex facilities in a high‑risk environment. U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required.
