Requirements

  • 5+ years of management experience in plumbing, electrical, or military service (technical background not required).
  • Ability to inspire and drive personal and professional growth in team members.
  • Commitment to delivering unmatched homeowner satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving business goals.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and effective at multitasking.
  • Strong presentation and group communication skills.
  • Confident, decisive communicator in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Plumbing & Electrical Technicians.
  • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to results and standards.
  • Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive team financial performance through goal‑setting, reporting, and coaching.
  • Use data to diagnose issues and drive improvement.
  • Translate operational decisions into financial outcomes.
  • Partner with operations, dispatch, and customer service to streamline processes.
  • Improve efficiency through scheduling, workflow optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Own the outcome of every job, including escalations.
  • Ensure responsiveness, professionalism, and high‑quality service delivery.
