About The Position
Caring Senior Service is looking for a reliable, organized, and people-focused Operations Manager to help keep our home care services running smoothly. You’ll support caregivers, coordinate schedules, assist clients and families, and help ensure seniors receive dependable, compassionate care.
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership, operations, scheduling, staffing, or management experience
- Healthcare or home care experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and daily operations
- Handle call-offs, schedule changes, and urgent needs
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and support caregivers
- Help resolve client and family concerns
- Support caregiver engagement and team morale
- Assist with training, compliance, and service quality
- Work closely with office leadership to improve operations
