About The Position

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing office administration and service departments, managing maintenance contracts, and serving as the corporate liaison. This role utilizes company systems to communicate with customers and the team to ensure work orders and invoices are processed efficiently. The Operations Manager delivers excellent results by being highly detailed, organized, and possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

  • Highly proficient in all MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain schedules for task completion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organizational skills
  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • Microsoft Office experience required, must be strong in Excel
  • Strong communication skills

  • Dispatching experience

  • Job costing is preferred
  • Experience working for a service maintenance business is desired
