About The Position

As a Operations Manager, you are part of Best People. You are responsible for managing office administration and service departments, managing maintenance contracts, and serving as the corporate liaison. Utilizing our Best Systems, you communicate with customers and our team to ensure work orders and invoices. You deliver the Best Results to your branch by being highly detailed and organized and having excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

  • Fast and accurate data entry
  • Microsoft Office experience required, must be strong in Excel
  • Strong communication skills

  • Dispatching experience
  • Service call planning
  • Job costing is preferred
  • Experience working for a service maintenance business is desired
