About The Position
The Operations Manager role at Walmart focuses on leading and developing store associates, ensuring compliance with company policies, driving financial performance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements
- 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
Responsibilities
- Initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs.

- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates.
- Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards.
- Assists store manager in driving the financial performance of the Facility.
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Works collaboratively, builds strong and trusting relationships, communicates with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence.
