Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by holding associates accountable, analyzing reports, implementing asset protection and safety controls, maintaining quality assurance, overseeing safety reviews, and developing action plans.
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, evaluating performance, and setting clear expectations.
  • Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards.
  • Assists the store manager in driving the financial performance of the facility by ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved, controlling expenses, and developing action plans.
  • Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting initiatives, building accountability, and measuring progress.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Works collaboratively, builds strong relationships, and communicates with impact to motivate and influence.
  • Attracts and retains talent, empowers and develops talent, and recognizes others' contributions.
  • Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
