About The Position

The Operations Manager in our aerospace manufacturing facility will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of production to ensure compliance with stringent aerospace standards. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the aerospace manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of aerospace standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience managing metal fabrication and production processes.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
  • Knowledge of aerospace standards ensures all products meet rigorous quality and safety criteria.
