About The Position

Lead our team using your problem-solving skills and leadership abilities! As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will be the role model for our staff and the person to whom they will look up to for guidance, leadership, and support. You will ensure that all departments are operating efficiently and effectively, and that guest satisfaction is a top priority.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal skills in person, written, and over the phone
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate staff members
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Minimum 2 year hotel experience, and 1 year in a Supervisory role
  • Schedule flexibility – ability to fill in shifts
  • Availability Nights, Weekends and Holidays

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the hotel's daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments
  • Oversee the training and ongoing performance of associates
  • Assist with budgeting and financial management of the hotel
  • Maintain Knowledge of area, events, and hotel offerings
  • Maintain good customer relations, answer questions, resolve concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintain communication between departments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Complete Administrative reports as requested
