Directs and coordinates activities of warehouse workers engaged in receiving and distributing building material products. Directly supervises 5-35 employees in the Warehouse. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. This position is responsible for maintaining and enforcing all company procedures, policies and practices. This work is critical to be conducted at the assigned office, with remote work not practical.
