Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across landscape construction and outdoor living teams, ensuring projects run on time, on budget, and at a high standard of quality.
- Establish a strong operational rhythm by running weekly leadership meetings and tracking key performance metrics that drive accountability and clarity.
- Build scalable systems using Lean principles, standardizing planning, job kickoff, quality control, and project closeout.
- Develop leaders and strengthen culture by coaching managers, crew leaders, and field teams while reinforcing high standards and collaboration.
- Drive operational efficiency through technology, leveraging software, Operating System, Lean principles and automation tools to improve visibility and reduce administrative waste.
