The Augusta, GA Operations Manager has the overall responsibility for planning, coordination, evaluation, and supervision of all technical and operational activities for the department as well as management of all staff members for the department. Requirements

  • 5 years of related experience in NDT Nuclear and or Casting experience preferred.
  • Prior Management experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to learn and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with scheduling upwards of 50 personnel.
  • Conflict management and resolution.
  • Applicants must pass a drug screen and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
