About The Position
The Operations Manager will be responsible for monitoring work practices and safety to improve quality and performance. This role involves working with customers, planning track improvements, and managing labor, tools, and materials.
Requirements
- Experience in Maintenance of Way standards.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Familiar with and able to apply safety rules and procedures.
- Self-motivated with good communication skills.
- Available 24/7/365.
