About The Position

The Operations Manager will be responsible for following and monitoring work practices and safety-related issues to improve quality and performance. This role involves working with customers, both internally and externally, to develop good relations, planning and providing future track improvements, and managing labor, tools, and materials. The position requires adherence to Maintenance of Way standards and safety rules, along with strong communication and self-motivation skills. The role also involves working outdoors in inclement weather and being available 24/7/365.

Requirements

Experience in Maintenance of Way standards
Prior supervisory experience
Familiar with and able to apply safety rules and procedures
Self-motivated with good communication skills
Work outdoors in inclement weather
Available 24/7/365
