This position provides day-to-day leadership for direct reports. Team size and reporting relationships may change as business needs evolve. Managers are responsible for leading, developing, and supporting their direct reports. This includes setting clear expectations, providing consistent feedback, and ensuring employees understand their role in meeting business needs. You coach employees to build capability, address performance concerns promptly, and document conversations when expectations are not met. You hold regular one-on-one check-ins to stay aligned on workload, priorities, and development needs. You guide employees through performance reviews, goal setting, and ongoing progress updates throughout the year. You reinforce company values through your day-to-day decisions and how you communicate with your team. You ensure your employees follow all policies, safety requirements, and operational standards. You maintain a fair and respectful work environment, take concerns seriously, and escalate issues when needed.
