About The Position

The Operations Manager (Non-Complex) role focuses on leading and developing store associates, ensuring compliance with company policies, driving financial performance, and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Initiates, directs, and participates in community outreach programs.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by holding associates accountable, analyzing reports, implementing asset protection and safety controls, maintaining quality assurance, overseeing safety reviews, and developing action plans.
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, evaluating performance, and setting clear expectations.
  • Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards, manages customer needs and complaints, and develops action plans for a high-quality customer experience.
  • Assists the store manager in driving financial performance by ensuring sales and profit goals are achieved, controlling expenses, and developing plans to correct deficiencies.
  • Coordinates and completes job-related activities by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting initiatives, identifying and communicating goals, building accountability, and promoting continuous learning.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Creates a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging.
  • Works collaboratively, builds strong and trusting relationships, and communicates with impact to motivate and influence.
